This Enfocus PitStop command allows us to check the output intents of a document. There are four checks that can be made:
- If there is at least one output intent in the document. This is an implicit check (it cannot be chosen as an option), but if there is none, this command will reveal it.
Whether the output intents that may exist conform to the requirements of any particular PDF standard level. The levels and types must be chosen from a closed list.
This is the only mandatory option in this action. The following two options are optional.
Whether the output intents in the document relate to any colour profile (or "
None
").The user must indicate a colour profile by selecting it from those present somewhere in the system (it does not need to be installed).
If the output intents in the document relate to any standardised printing conditions (or "
None
").The user must indicate the standardised condition by selecting it from a closed list.
If any of the conditions checked is not met (i.e.: No output intent present, not having the chosen level of compliance and/or not having the specified printing condition), the PDF is marked as chosen in the "Log
" area for further processing.
