This Enfocus PitStop command allows us to collect some basic information about the fonts used in the document. If no page has been delimited, all fonts present are reported.
The information shows the fonts used on the selected pages. A font may appear more than once if it has been encoded in different ways in each case when building the PDF, as seen above.
What is shown is their PostScript name, their type, whether they are subsetted and its type of encoding. The fonts are listed as they are used but there is no indication in which pages each font is used.
Warning: If a font was originally an OpenType font and the program that generated the PDF passed it on as a PostScript font (which is very common), that is not shown in this information. At all.
As with all information gathering commands, this information is only shown in the requested report. It is not shown in the "Navigator
" when running a list of actions.
