This Enfocus PitStop command allows us to select all text segments within a PDF. It also selects text that has been hidden by any mask (unlike "Select text segments", which does not).
It has no options or parameters.
Any text that has been rasterised (converted into images) or traced (converted into vector paths) is not text anymore.
