This Enfocus PitStop command allows us to select one or more of the four four four-colour process colorants: "Cyan
", "Magenta
", "Yellow
" and "Black
". It only works as a complement for two other actions:
- "
Check ink coverage (total page check)
": If we place a "Select process colorant
" action before this "Check ink coverage (total page check)
" one, only the ink coverage of the selected colorant will be examined. - "
Add trace path
". If we place a "Select process colorant
" action before this "Add trace path
" one, only the information referring to that colorant will be vectorised and traced; that is to say: only the plate of that colorant will be traced. For this to work, we must have checked the option "Use colorant selection
" in this tracing action and we must also have selected what we want to trace (i.e. there are two consecutive selections) also (as indicated in the same action).
