This Enfocus PitStop command allows us to define the blending colour space of the selected objects. If nothing is selected, the action will affect all objects within range.
There are two main options:
Set the mixing colour space
In the option "Set blending color space
" we find three main possibilities:
- Select one kind of blending colour space: "
Gray
", "RGB
" or "CMYK
". In all three cases, they are device colours (i.e. "DeviceGray
", "DeviceRGB
" or "DeviceCMYK
"). - Leave any existing colour space as it is ("
Do not change
"). - Remove existing mixing colour spaces (‘None’).
Set the mixing colour space of luminosity soft masks
In the option "Set luminosity softmask blending color space to…
" we can define separatedly the blending colour space for the pixel masks (luminosity soft masks).
Here there are only two options:
- Select one kind of blending colour space: "
Gray
", "RGB
" or "CMYK
". In all three cases, they are device colours (i.e. "DeviceGray
", "DeviceRGB
" or "DeviceCMYK
"). - Leave any existing colour space as it is ("
Do not change
").
