This Enfocus PitStop command allows us to change the alternative colour space of the selected colour spaces in the document to CMYK. If none has been selected, all available ones will be changed.
The option "Do not convert if alternative color space is gray" does exactly that, ignoring those alternative colour spaces that are defined as greyscale.
