This Enfocus PitStop command allows us to change the overprint mode of a previously selected object. If there is no selection, the command affects all objects. It has two mutually exclusive options:
- "
Standard Overprint Mode (OPM 0)
": If a four-colour (CMYK) ink has a value of zero (0%) and is in front, it overprints the inks below it; i.e.: any process ink with a value of 0% removes the inks below it. - "
Illustrator Overprint Mode (OPM 1)
": If an ink has a value of 0%, it is ignored (as if it were not present), so it has no effect on the objects below it.
Visually it only affects objects that have overprinting activated in the fill or in the path.
